Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") exclusively govern the contractual relationship between the company WANSI LTD (operating as Juicfresh), and any person (hereinafter the "Customer") making a purchase via the website www.juicfresh.com (hereinafter the "Site").
The Customer declares to have read and accepted these T&Cs before confirming their order. The confirmation of the order therefore implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Section 1 - Conclusion of the Online Contract
The ordering process on the Site is as follows:
1. Product Selection: The Customer browses the pages of the Site and adds the desired products to their cart by clicking "Add to Cart."
2. Cart Validation: At any time, the Customer can view their cart and confirm their order by clicking "Checkout."
3. Contract Validation: An order summary page appears. The Customer can check the details of their order (products, price, quantities) and correct any errors. The Customer must ensure that all delivery information (address, postal code, phone number, etc.) is accurate.
4. Acceptance of T&Cs: To proceed, the Customer must check the box "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale."
5. Payment: The Customer is then redirected to a secure payment page to finalize their order.
6. Confirmation: After payment validation, a confirmation that the order has been registered is displayed. A confirmation email, summarizing the order, will also be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
Technical Means for Identifying and Correcting Errors
The Customer has the ability at any time to identify and correct their errors when entering their data before final validation. If they notice an error after the conclusion of the contract, they must contact our customer service at info@juicfresh.com as soon as possible.
Section 2 - Archiving and Access to the Contract
Juicfresh will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, constituting a true copy. The Customer may request access to these documents by contacting our customer service.
Section 3 - Legal Warranties and Liability
Legal Warranties
The products sold on the Site benefit from the legal warranties provided by the consumer protection laws in force in Canada and in the Customer's province of residence. We commit to refunding, repairing, or exchanging any defective, damaged, or non-compliant product.
For any claim, we invite the Customer to consult our Refund Policy available on the Site or to contact us with supporting evidence (photos, videos, etc.).
Liability
Juicfresh makes every effort to ensure its Customers' satisfaction. Our liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure, an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or in case of non-compliance of the product with foreign legislation if the product is delivered outside of Canada.
Section 4 - Delivery Times, Costs, and Methods
Delivery Methods
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer during the order process.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the order confirmation. In case of a delivery delay, we will inform the Customer by email as soon as possible.
In the exceptional event that an ordered product is unavailable, we will inform the Customer and may offer a product of equivalent quality or price, or issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the products and the delivery address. They are clearly indicated before the final confirmation of the order.
Delivery Tracking
The Customer can contact our customer service at info@juicfresh.com for any questions regarding their delivery status. Notifications on the order's progress may also be sent.
Section 5 - Price
The prices of our products are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be added at checkout, based on the Customer's delivery address. The Customer is responsible for checking any potential import restrictions for the ordered products in their province or territory.
Section 6 - Payment Methods and Security
Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via the secure servers of our payment partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). No banking information is transmitted or stored on the www.juicfresh.com website. Card payment is therefore perfectly secure.

Our site uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt payment data and protect all transaction-related information.
Section 7 - Return Policy: Satisfied or Refunded
In accordance with our commercial policy, the Customer has a period of 14 days following the receipt of their product to notify us of their intention to return an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Provided that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, we commit to refunding the full amount paid (excluding return shipping costs) as soon as possible following receipt of the returned product.

Section 8 - Contract Duration and Price Validity
The products remain the full and entire property of Juicfresh until the full payment of the price. Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, subject to stock availability.
Section 9 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Section 12 - Supplier & Owner Agreement (Dropshipping Model)
This section describes the operational model of Juicfresh:
Juicfresh acts as an intermediary, facilitating the sale of products shipped directly from partner suppliers to the end Customer (dropshipping). Juicfresh is the Customer's primary point of contact, managing order intake, payment processing on behalf of the Customer, and after-sales service, including returns.
